Our goal is to build your home. That’s why we don’t split the project into “concept” and “implementation” — we believe that approach is inefficient. From the very start, the house is designed with construction in mind. Our team includes an architect and a structural engineer who work together to refine every decision into a precise, coordinated design, ready for construction with no changes needed along the way.

Why is a project important?

Our design process makes building your home fast, efficient, and predictable. We prepare all documentation so that the finished architecture matches your expectations exactly.

We begin with Schematic Design. By determining many details early on, we avoid mistakes and changes to the home’s appearance later. Then we move to Construction Documents, where we develop architectural and structural solutions: foundation, supports, floor systems, details, specifications, and more.

Schematic Design

First, we create a floor plan for all levels, considering your wishes and the site’s landscape. We orient the main windows to frame the best views of the property, not the road. Then we prepare facade designs and a 3D model. At the end of the Schematic Design phase, we deliver a specification and a preliminary estimate for materials, facade finishes, and windows — this speeds up the next stage.


Construction Documents: Architectural (AP) and Structural (SP) Plans

This is the core of the project, bridging the initial concept and actual construction. Here we develop an efficient structural system and select materials to make your home both durable and cost-effective. At the end of this phase, we provide a full construction cost estimate.

A project is more than just drawings

We don’t just show still images. When designing a house, we build a 3D model that lets you grasp the scale of the architectural solutions. You can imagine yourself in your future home, explore every corner, and walk every path.

The starting price for an architectural project is $99 per m2

This price includes Schematic Design, Construction Documents with architectural (AP) and structural (SP) plans, and a cost estimate. This is the essential foundation for building your home without errors or unexpected expenses.

I don’t know how much floor area I need. What should I do?

That’s completely normal. Before we start designing, the architect will interview you about your wishes, habits, and style preferences. Based on your answers, we will prepare a design brief.

How does the design process work?

Once the design brief is ready, the architect visits the site to study it — this ensures the house design fits the surroundings perfectly. Then we create a dedicated channel where the architect shows you the project step by step: floor plans, facades, structural and architectural solutions.

How long does the design process take?

The first stage — Schematic Design — will take at least 4 months. At the end of this stage, you’ll have the floor plan, facade designs, a 3D model, a preliminary specification, and an estimate. The next stage — Construction Documents — will take at least 3 months. This stage allows us to calculate a reliable cost estimate and schedule, so construction can start predictably. We listen to your wishes and aim to create a unique home for you; timelines may vary depending on the project’s complexity.

How many edits can I make to the project?

We consider the project complete only when you are 100% satisfied. There is no limit on the number of revisions.

Will you design the interior as well?

While designing the architecture, we keep your interior wishes in mind. We will create a complete interior design project for your home and then build it. This is part of our approach: we take responsibility for everything from start to finish. Thanks to our integrated service, you won’t have to deal with the daily hassles of construction and renovation — so you can stay focused on your work and family.

Is the terrace area included in the Architectural Design?

We will design the terraces for your future home at no additional cost.

Who will build the house based on your design?

We will handle both the design and construction of your home. You won’t need to deal with the daytoday construction tasks or coordinate different teams.

How much will the finished home differ from the design?

Your home will match the design as closely as possible because our own team will build it. We develop our designs meticulously so that no errors affecting the home’s appearance or functionality occur during construction.

Do you remodel existing homes?

Yes, we can prepare a design and then remodel an existing house. However, we need to conduct a home inspection to assess the scope of work required.

Is it possible to preserve the plants and trees on the property?

This is a complex process, but we always aim to preserve the existing environment. When designing the house, we take into account all the site’s features as well as your preferences regarding the landscape.

Can I order only the architectural design and construction supervision from you?

Yes, that is possible. Once the architectural design is complete, we can provide construction supervision.

Can you help me choose a building site?

Absolutely. An architect will visit several sites with you and assess them for building your future home.
